Welcome to Nob Hill Bakery! We are a tiny neighborhood producer of traditional Balkan and Eastern European bread, sweet and savory pies, tortes and cakes in Portland, Oregon, USA. At this time we prepare and bake everything to order in the Nob Hill neighborhood of northwest Portland. We do not have a public storefront, and we do not prepare anything until it is ordered. Isn't that novel?
