Nob Hill Bakery is proud to bring you the very finest of Balkan and Eastern European baking traditions.  We are a special order domestic bakery, which means that all orders must be placed at least one day in advance. We prepare and bake everything only to order in the Nob Hill neighborhood of Northwest Portland.

Well, that was until 2010, anyway. Nob Hill Bakery founder John J. Goddard has trained his focus on his Croatian cookbook series, plus a documentary series on regional Croatian cuisine.
